"The Planter Self-Watering Pot"

The Planter Self-Watering Pot

For people who tend gardens and plants, they know the importance of watering them regularly. That is why most of the avid gardeners are worried about staying away for too long from their plants. They have concerns when planning long trips because of this. Avid plant lovers should not worry anymore since there is the Planter Self-Watering Pot to take care of their plants for them while they are away.

The Planter Self-Watering Pot helps keep plants hydrated for long periods of time without the need for regular watering. This special plant pot comes with its own water reservoir in the middle that becomes the plant’s water supply for the next several days. And the pot does not need any modern technology in order to work.
The Planter Self-Watering Pot is designed using an ancient watering technique. The pot itself is made out of unglazed clay, making it porous. When water is poured into the central chamber, it releases water slowly through its porous walls and into the soil placed on the outer ring of the pot. This allows water to keep the soil as well as the plant placed on it hydrated for a long period of time. The Planter Self-Watering Pot is designed by Joey Roth and is available for pre-order at his website for US$45.
