"Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i Sends Scans to Android or iOS"

Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i

We loved the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300 when it first appeared two years ago, with its space-saving design and direct-to-PDF scanning. We would never have guessed the company would one-up that.

Fujitsu introduces the ScanSnap S1300i, which has all the good things you expect from the original model, but can also send scan results to a compatible mobile app (available in both iOS and Android). You no longer have to connect the computer to your phone just to transfer those scans to your mobile device. It also can send your scanned documents straight to any cloud storage app of your choice, whether it is Dropbox, Evernote, Google Docs, Salesforce Chatter, or SugarSync.
The scanner can also perform its job 50 percent faster than the original, as it can scan up to 12 double-sided, color pages every minute. It can even delete blank pages automatically.
The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i is now available online for $295 each.
