Lenovo IdeaTab Yoga 11 |
The latter half of 2012 will be remembered for its slew of
Windows-based tablets and convertible PC launched to the market, such as
the Lenovo IdeaTab Yoga 11.
Set to become available in December, the Lenovo IdeaTab Yoga 11
sports the Windows RT operating system, a quad-core Tegra 3 processor,
and a built-in keyboard that can be folded away when necessary. Specs
include an 11.6-inch screen with 1366 x 768 resolution, 2GB of DDR3 RAM,
up to 64GB of storage, and a 360-degree hinge that enables the device
to go from laptop to tablet with one-step fold. This hybrid device
measures 0.6 inch thick and weighs 2.8 pounds.
It also contains a 720p-capable camera located on the top middle
bezel, HDMI, and USB 2.0 ports. The Yoga 11 can reportedly last for up
to 13 hours in a single charge.
Much like any other Windows RT devices, the Yoga 11 is not compatible
with legacy Windows software. It can only run apps designed for the
new Metro interface. MSRP: $799.
