HP Envy X2

With people having to deal with many portable devices nowadays such as tablets and notebooks, the choices on what to bring along on a particular day can be hard. Would one bring the tablet for the mobility or would one bring along the notebook for the convenience this time? For people who do not wish to make such choices, there’s the new HP Envy X2 Hybrid PC that would help solve the problem of indecision.

The new HP Envy X2 Hybrid PC is a two in one device that gives users a choice between using it as a notebook or as a tablet. This hybrid PC comes as a Windows 8 notebook featuring a vivid 11.6 inch HD Touch display that can also be detached from its keyboard, making it function as a full featured tablet. It features ultra wide viewing angles with a bright, 400-nit In-Plane Switching (IPS) panel that makes it convenient to use both indoors and outdoors.
The HP Envy X2 also comes with an integrated HD front webcam and an 8MP rear camera to capture high quality photos and videos. This hybrid PC also comes with the Beats Audio built-in for some superb audio quality. It is also quite convenient to bring along as it weighs only around 3.1 pounds as a notebook and only 1.5 pounds when used in tablet mode.  The HP Envy X2 also comes with solid state memory to enable faster startup times as well as NFC functionality. This new Hybrid notebook and tablet is expected to be available in time for the holidays this year. Pricing details will be announced at a later date.
