"Apple Designer To Create Single-Edition Camera for Leica"

Leica M Camera

Apple’s senior vice president of industrial design, Sir Jonathan Paul Ive, will be designing a limited-edition model of the recently-unveiled Leica M camera.

The details remain sketchy as of this posting, whether the Ive-designed Leica M will completely deviate from its stock base model. The only thing that has been reported is that only one such camera will be made, making a lot of Leica and Apple fans salivating. The lone camera will be auctioned off, with all proceeds donated to a yet-unnamed charity organization.
The new Leica M (pictured, photoshopped with an Apple logo) features a 24-megapixel, full 35mm format CMOS sensor; 1080p full HD video recording capability; a 3-inch Gorilla Glass display; and weather-resistant magnesium alloy body.
