Samsung Galaxy Android Digital Camera |
It was only a week ago that consumers may have heard about the world’s first Android digital camera
to come out in the market. And now, we are about to be introduced to
the world’s second Android digital camera in just such a short time
span. Samsung has introduced to the consumer public its own version of
the Android digital camera with the Samsung Galaxy Camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Camera is the company’s first foray into creating
an Android digital camera, actually the second company in the world to
do so after Nikon. This new entry into the Internet-ready band of
digital cameras may actually be a fusion of a smartphone and a digital
camera. It comes with a 1.4 GHz Quad Core CPU, a 16MP BSI CMOS sensor
21x optical zoom and a 4.8 inch 720p LCD touchscreen display. It runs on
the new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and will be available in both 3G and
4G versions aside from having WiFi capability. This may bring some level
of excitement into the compact digital camera world at the very least,
despite the not yet known market availability of the Samsung Galaxy
Camera, along with its expected retail price.
