"AT&T Unveils Two Windows Phone 8-Based Tablets"

Asus VivoTab RT

AT&T has been unveiling its new products left and right. After announcing its two Nokia Lumias and Samsung Galaxy Camera, the carrier has also announced that it will be offering a pair of Windows 8 tablets, namely the Asus VivoTab RT (pictured, left) and Samsung ATIV Smart PC.

AT&T describes the Asus VivoTab as the “first quad-core Windows RT 4G LTE tablet.” It is the smaller, lighter, and perhaps the less costly of the two. This tablet features a 10.1-inch Super IPS display, 32GB of storage, and NVIDIA quad-core Tegra 3 chipset.
Meanwhile, the Samsung ATIV Smart PC sports an 11.6-inch HD display, 1.5GHz Intel Clorver Trail processor, and 64GB internal storage. No word on whether it has LTE radio, but it does has a keyboard dock for the productivity freaks.
AT&T stopped short on providing details on pricing and availability. We will hear more about these two sooner or later, most possibly before the holiday shopping rush.
