"Nokia Lumia 505 Now Available in Mexico"

Nokia Lumia 505

Nokia introduces a new entry-level handset that is not part of the Asha lineup. The Windows Phone 7.8-powered Nokia Lumia 505 is now a go in Mexico, with its 3.7-inch WVGA ClearBlack AMOLED display with 800 x 480 resolution; an 8-megapixel rear camera with VGA video recording capability; just 256MB of RAM; 4GB of internal storage; a 1,300mAh battery; and a rumored 800MHz processor.
The handset is also packed with quadband GSM support, as well as WCDMA access that reaches up to 7.2Mbps HSDPA over 850MHz and 1900MHz bands.
The Nokia Lumia 505 is available exclusively (for now) at Telcel with neither pricing nor release date announced. No word whether it will be available on other carriers in Mexico or it will be sold in other shores.
