Huawei Ascend G 330

Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has announced it is bringing the Ascend G 330 to Europe, landing in the United Kingdom first via TalkTalk.

The Huawei Ascend G 330 runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and features a 4-inch screen, a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 5-megapixel camera with flash, high-quality DTS sound, 3G and WiFi connectivity, 1500mAh battery, and Huawei’s own HAP 5.1 interface. The TalkTalk version comes pre-installed with BBC iPlayer and news apps, as well as access to Google Play and Electronic Arts’ Sims Freeplay for some casual simulation gaming.
Set to be shipped to the carrier this December, the Huawei Ascend G 330 will be free on contract starting at £10 (about US$16) per month. If you are short on patience, TalkTalk also offers the Huawei Ascend Y, which is available today for free from £5 ($8) on contract.
