Google has updated its Search app for iOS handsets with a iPhone 5
compatibility and an expanded voice search functionality. According to
Google, the Search app provides “faster and significantly improved voice
recognition.” The app even gives off a Siri vibe with its spoken responses apart from providing search results.
These updates are also available to iPad users in addition to the
iPhone and iPod Touch. The Google Search for iOS hits the Apple App
