iPod Nano |
After unveiling the iPhone 5,
Apple proceeded with introducing updated versions of its well-loved
gadgets. First, the company has announced a new generation of iPod nano.
The 2012 version of the iPod nano has drastic changes from its last
year model. Apple brought back the display, even making it larger at
2.5 inches. You could even mistake the new iPod nano to a small
smartphone.
At 5.4 millimeters in thickness, it is the thinnest iPod nano to
date. It also comes with physical controls located along the side of
the media player, as well as a home button you usually see on an iPhone.
Other features include an integrated FM tuner with live pause,
widescreen video playback without the letter boxing, a fitness
calculator, pedometer, Bluetooth connectivity, and the new Lightning
connector we see on the iPhone 5. Apple has expanded the battery life
of this device to 30 hours of non-stop music.
The new iPod nano comes in seven different colors: red, yellow, blue, green, pink, white, and black.
