The surreal sometimes finds itself in real life. And sometimes it just happens to be in yours. The surreal can sometimes keep you in a state of confusion and awe in a moment that makes you think a bit. It gets you wondering if what you see is real or it isn’t. It is just the experience that the designers of the Flat Life Clock may have wanted you to feel.

The Flat Life Clock may not look that impressive the first time you see it. It is just something of a piece of blank white paper with an image of a clock on it. It may seem like a normal picture or a two dimensional object. Nothing out of the ordinary, so you would think. But look again and you will realize that the image is actually than of a fully functional clock. Plug the accompanying wire into an available outlet and you can see the indicator on the clock image start to blink and change to tell you the time.
