elliptical trainer that has the capability of giving users a thorough
cardio workout right in the comforts of home. Its one advantage is that
it does not take quite a lot of space in order to use. It occupies just a
20″ x 12″ of space at the home or the office when being used. When the
workout is done, the foam covered handle can be detached for storage. A
dial found at the base of the device adjusts the tension on the pedals
to give users a variety of strength options during elliptical training.
An LCD on the device provides users with exercise data such as one’s
number of strides per minute while using the trainer, rate of stride,
total exercise time, calories burned and other essential exercise info.
The steel frame is strong enough to support up to 250 pounds of weight.
