"Rovio’s 'Amazing Alex' Out Now"

Amazing Alex

Rovio has released its first game app post-Angry Birds. Amazing Alex is a physics-based game that allows the player to place different items within a room and create a Rube Goldberg machine. Players can also create their own challenges and share them to fellow gamers.

The game, which Rovio acquired from Snappy Touch and Mystery Coconut, poses as a challenge for the developer that created Angry Birds whether this new title could net a similar amount of attention and income. So far, things have been low-key with just below 10,000 downloads on Google Play since its release yesterday.
Amazing Alex is available on iTunes and Google Play for only 99 cents for the smartphone version. There is also the trial Android version and a HD version for your iPad at $2.99 a pop.
