It takes an experienced cook to handle cutting and chopping without
having the risk of injury in the kitchen. But then again, accidents do
happen and it would be quite helpful if there are added assurances on
safety in the kitchen, especially when using a cutting board. A unique
and innovative design might offer just that in the Pego, the Finger
Friendly Cutting Board.
The Pego is a unique and innovative replacement for the conventional
cutting board. Designed by Rowan Williams, the Pego features a cutting
surface with holes. On this holes can be attached special pegs that will
replace the fingers in securing food and other items in place over the
cutting board. It also secures a knife to make it an all-in-one solution
for all the cutting and the chopping in the kitchen. It currently
